Privacy Policy

Nak Health and Beauty (“NAK,” “we,” “us”) is a skin-care studio at 14351 N Euclid St Unit 1T, Garden Grove, CA 92843. You can reach us at nakhealthbeauty@gmail.com or (714) 787-8768.

This policy explains how we handle personal information when you use our website, request a booking or newsletter online, or create an account in the NAK iOS app. Treatments at the studio are beauty services, not medical care. This policy is not a HIPAA notice.

• Website booking and contact: name, phone, email, requested service, preferred date and time, and notes.
• Newsletter: email address if you subscribe.
• App account: email, password (stored by our authentication provider), display name, phone, and optional home address.
• Sign in with Apple: if you choose Continue with Apple, Apple may share your name and email. If you use Hide My Email, Apple gives us a private relay address (for example, an address ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com) instead of your real email. We use that address only to create and sign in to your NAK account and to send account-related messages. We do not use it for marketing.
• Google Sign-In: name and email that Google shares when you choose Continue with Google.
• Appointments: services, times, notes, phone, and visit status so the studio can confirm and complete your booking.
• Photos and videos: images staff add for services, before-and-after, Celebs, and related studio content. Some of this media is shown publicly on the website and in the app.
• Address lookup: if you type an address in the app, Apple MapKit may receive that query to suggest completions. We store the address you save on your profile.
• Notifications: if you turn on appointment alarms in the app, alerts are delivered on your device. We do not send marketing push notifications.

We do not process payments in the app. Studio visits are paid at the spa. We do not use advertising SDKs, we do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites, and we do not sell personal information.

• Schedule, confirm, and manage spa appointments.
• Create and maintain your account, including sign-in and account deletion.
• Let staff and admins run the shop (inbox, history, media, roles).
• Respond to website booking and newsletter requests.
• Show studio photos and service information on the site and in the app.
• Meet legal, security, and customer-support needs.

We share information only as needed to run NAK:

• Our authentication and database host (account and booking records).
• Our website and media host (pages and public photos/videos).
• Google, if you sign in with Google.
• Apple, for App Store distribution, Sign in with Apple (including Hide My Email), address suggestions, and optional appointment notifications on your device.
• Staff messaging and email so the spa can see website booking and newsletter requests.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-app advertising.

Account and profile data stay until you delete the account or we close it. Appointment history may be kept for studio operations. Website booking and newsletter messages are received by staff as communications.

• Update your name, phone, and address in the app under Me.
• Delete your account in the app: Me → Delete account. That removes your profile and cancels unfinished bookings. It cannot be undone.
• Email nakhealthbeauty@gmail.com to access, correct, or ask us to delete information, or to request removal of a photo that shows you.

If you are in California, you may request access, deletion, and information about collection. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are used in the California Consumer Privacy Act.

The website and app are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We use industry-standard hosting and encrypted connections. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure.

We may update this page. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. The current version is always at https://nak.dilysales.com/privacy.
